Dear Ones a beautiful wave of Light is sweeping over the Earth and will continue to do so as there is a new awakening, hastened by the emergence of joy and happiness at the first public announcement of our arrival. How much it will reveal is up to your response in the meantime. We not only observe but also register the upsurge of a heightened energy full of expectation as to the future. The chaos now being experienced by you is the period of cleansing that shall see opportunities for a totally new approach to your needs. No longer are the old ways acceptable, and it would be a waste of your energy and resources to resurrect the format upon which your financial markets were based. It will be a time of concern for many of you, but remember that in the long run all of your needs will be satisfied.

The suddenness of what is happening has been looming for a long time, and the outcome could no longer be held back. It has come as a great shock to the Illuminati who thought they were still in charge. However, your destiny has been taken out of their hands for some time now, and at last you are beginning to see how the changes are manifesting for your betterment. There are still a few steps to go, and we await the opportunity to promote our allies to the positions of power, but this time they shall be trustworthy, honest and true to the Light within. You have spoken and we of the Light have responded in no uncertain ways, and this is only the beginning of a series of changes that will quickly lead to peace at all levels of your existence. It is now required of you that you support those who are so obviously of the Light, and have already spoken and acted in ways that reveal their true selves.

We can clearly see the auric colours that emanate from each of you, and it is your signature showing the level of your spiritual development. The clearer and brighter they are, the more Light you have brought to yourself and you stand as one who has awakened. This energy flows out and about and affects those it comes in contact with, and with it you are helping others to uplift themselves. There is a collective consciousness upon Earth, and we can tell you that it has risen quite noticeably with the announcement connected with the 14th October. It has given people the promise of an event of world-shaking proportions, which has suddenly drawn so many of you together. The details are not so important as the signal it gives out, that your time has arrived to take back your freedom with our help.

The focal point for the events that are going to change your lives and way of thinking, are coming through the contact known to you as Blossom Goodchild. Others are also tuning into this energy and picking up similar information, and you can expect it to be supported to a great extent. There will however always be those that have reasons to differ, and we respect their right to interpret matters in their own way. In the ultimate there can only be the one Truth, but it sometimes takes time for it to manifest. Be intuitive and true to Self, and your own judge as to what you believe in, and you will find your place with regards to what is coming. It has to harmonise with your reasoning and if it does not, think clearly as to why not, and try to take an unbiased view of it. This is no time to be narrow-minded and restrict your ability to be open to a new way of thinking.

The days of muddled thinking are over, and the truth will come out to the point of changing your life. The changes are to enable you to step right onto the path of Ascension, and in so doing leave the lower vibrations behind. They will no longer serve you any purpose unless you wish to remain within them. Open up to the Light as it is there for every soul to draw unto themselves, it favours no one against another. The Light is already present within you, if not subdued after so many lives where it has been veiled by the darkness created by the dark Ones. Now you can break out of their hold upon you, as the Light permeates every dark corner that remains upon Earth. Do not be put off by those who have doubts, as if you have been blessed by the Light it will have opened your heart centre to the truth.

The Galactic Federation are here to help with both your physical and spiritual progress, and ensure the Divine Plan for you is fully revealed and enacted. First Contact is not just a part of it, but a marker that will signal the beginning of the end times. It is a magnificent plan that is flawless and perfect, in its desire to uplift as many souls as possible in the time remaining before Ascension. Many of you have worked so hard over a number of life times, to take this opportunity to leave the 3D reality and the cycle of re-birth. In future you will have no legacy left from it, but will have completed your time in it never to return except by choice. You will be fully released from any outstanding karma, and your lessons will have been considered well learnt.

The Cosmos will welcome back those who have ascended, and they will eventually rejoin their particular families within the Star Nations to continue their experience in the higher dimensions. You will not be as you physically see yourself now; it is only a temporary body to house your soul as containment in the lower vibrations. However, it is one that is also your temple for the God spark that has ensured your everlasting connection to the Light. These are truths that people need to recognise, so as to be able to face the changes and release from the bonds with their physical body. Each cell contains a consciousness, and they are also to be uplifted into a higher expression befitting of the higher vibrations.

Preparing for 2012:
Dealing with and Defeating Negativity by Roy Francis Stewart

In order to deal with Negativity, you need to understand how the universe works and how you work within this Universe. Negativity is the polarity of the Positive, in balance and what makes up this 3rd dimension. Without Negativity, you would have NO 3rd Dimension. It wouldn't exist and thus, you wouldn't exist in it.

The confusion is what and who we are really AND the fact that most of us don't know who and what we are and are thrust into this world and have no memory of any other experience, are ill equipped and are exposed only to the negativity we see. We think that this is all there is. Then we get all depressed, thinking that I have to escape or I spiral down and turn to over indulgence in drinking, drugs, whatever which of course, draws us down deeper into the negativity and thus some experience only these hell type worlds, then get comfortable with them, adjust to them and are perhaps live in them not unlike the living dead. Obviously anyone around you whether it be an individual or the news, or a war or countless other negative things drags you down to this side of the polarity.

BUT, the question is, what is the root of all this? And the answer is simply IGNORANCE. Ignorance of who we really are, what this universe is and how it operates.

So, the religions help point the way (but even they do not have all the answers). Mythologists pave the way, and filmmakers paint the way (But I’ll be the first to tell you, I don’t have all the answers either).

Now, I'm not a Buddhist per se, but they get pretty close to an understanding. However, the problem is, the individual still lives in this world and still may not know the ultimate truth. They may label the world as samsara, an illusion and seek refuge from it in meditation. Meditation is great, a great tool, but in order to escape the illusion world which is the 3rd dimension, one would have to spend the majority of their time in meditation. The next question is...is this really living?

So lets cut to the chase (mythologists and prophecies claim we may be headed into a higher dimension – the 5th dimension):

This is the 3rd dimension. It's real, it's not an illusion. If you're here, there is NO escaping it. You can spend 6 days and 23 hours in meditation if you want to, but when you come out of it, you step into the 3rd Dimension world for One hour and then you immediately realize that wow, this world is very negative and the Tibetans are still getting beaten up over there and the war is still going on over there and some soldiers just got blown up and on and on and on, so, man I want to escape, so I better go back into my meditation to seek refuge from the illusory world. Again, is this living?

I say NO. So we need simply to shift to a new understanding. Ready?

1) This world is the world of duality, the world of polarity, of positive and negative. This is the world of the 3rd dimension.

2) There are countless dimensions above this 3rd dimension.

3) The world of God or Source or Pure Mind or Oneness, is NOT in the 3rd dimension. It isn't BUT we are. This world of God or Source is singularity not duality. it is a singular all positive dimension that gives birth to all lesser dimensions.

4) However, inside of us, is the DIVINE SPIRIT, that is the real us. The Divine Mind encased in a flesh body here to function in this material world - this 3rd dimension - with a purpose.

5) We recognize, realize or understand that our true nature is SINGULARITY, or Oneness. But we live in a world of Duality.

6) If we attach ourselves only to the material, and to the degree that we do so, we also separate ourselves further from the truth (see 5 above). We only perceive the negative and can get caught up in it.

7) Society is set up to lock us into the material 3rd dimension world and Controllers profit from keeping us in this sleep state. (In example, when you're in Kindergarten, do they tell you that you are an infinite being capable of being a co-creator in this dimension because the real you is the Divine encased in a material body and as such this reality is molded by your every thought? NO. They teach you the basics of reading, writing and arithmetic and you are indoctrinated into eventually serving this system.) (This whole system is against the divine plan, thus may fall, as we are starting to see)

8) With this new understanding, you know who you are, where you are from and where you will eventually go to. Right now, you are a walking, talking, living Sage - a physical manifestation or expression of the non-physical Divine Mind. Sure there is alot of Negativity. And out of compassion, you can and do help others. But you also enjoy life. You take a walk by the beach and enjoy the surf pounding. You smell the flowers, you listen to music, you laugh, you cry, you create, you sleep, you eat, make love, communicate, whatever. You simply enjoy life.

9) By your example, you are released from the world of illusion as you know the Truth. You are no longer ignorant and a prisoner of the 3rd dimensional world. You are also no longer a prisoner of Dogma - something man made. Also by your example, you are living in balance with the Divine Universe and as such you are in flow. Good things happen to you. The landscape changes simply because you walked past it. The kid you said hello to is transformed. The cat you gave some milk to learns to trust humans. You are walking your talk and you are aiding in the raising the consciousness of the entire planet and everything in it. Even the pebble evolves because you held it in your hand.

10) This is the best part. This understanding can come in an instant or it could take years. It is under the direction of a higher intelligence beyond your comprehension, it is coming from an infinite place. And the exciting NEWS is that it is now directly coming in through energy, through light, through people, through star emanations, its moving as part of a quickening and now is the time to jump on and ride the wave to immortality and enjoyment. This is the realm of SPIRIT. Spirit, the above overcomes the material, the below. It’s building up but it seems to point to the fast approaching December 21, 2012 date. Let the shift begin!

A Day Out of Time and the Mayan New Year, and more...

Today, July 25, is an important day in the Mayan calendar - the "Day Out of Time" and tomorrow is the first day of the new Mayan year. The Mayan calendar is built around a 13-month cycle, each month has exactly 28 days which totals to an overall 364 days. The last day of the year is left out of this count and therefore is "out of time". This day is considered an opportunity for a big change: purification and healing, for forgiveness and atonement, acheiving peace, and relating to life as art. It may also be a great time to clarify our understanding, focus on direction and create a major shift.

Interestingly, this day falls within a very important period of 3 weeks in the Jewish Calendar known as "Bein Hametzarim", which literaly means between the days of distress referring to the days of the fall of the wall in Jerusalem at the time of the temple and the day when the temple was captured and destroyed. The days in time in between these are considered days of mourning but also of great energy and opportunity for a major shift.

From an astorological perpective we are in the end of a month of Cancer which is consdered very challenging, but today a change may be signaled by the waning moon and transiting Sun in Leo. Leo's vision gives us the ability to turn ideas into reality and beings a great energy to connect with your mission and purpose in life.

Important Alert for Los Angeles and the Pacific Rim

Dear Readers of Abundanthope. It is looking highly possible that Mother is not going to wait on the LA area, and it may well go into the sea sometime this month. I need all of you to circulate this about on other forums and to those you know who could be affected. The following is for readers NOT familiar with AbundantHope.

Hello dear readers not familiar with AbundantHope. I am the creator of this Organization and it is an international team in service of the Second Coming Process.

The Los Angeles basin is NOT over land. It is over ocean. This area is sitting on a “shelf.” The danger in this is that the area, as you well know, is a massive area of faults and also there is huge cavern system under this basin. The United States government knows about it, and the Navy back in the 1970’s explored these by submarine and actually covered this in a small magazine that is not available on the Internet.

This area is going to go into the sea, and it will be catastrophic for the entire pacific rim, from the resultant Tsunami’s and other earthquakes that will manifest from this. It is possible some other quakes will manifest first, setting up this event. The LA area is simply going to crumble. It will fall approximately 100 feet.

The area involved is bounded directly on the north side of LA, along the Raymond Fault line on over to the San Andreas fault, which forms the western boundary. The southern boundary is across the Baja, approximately at the Colorado River outlet.

Now there is a solution to this, do not shut up this piece and refuse to read it at this point.The reason is that you in the affected areas are going to be evacuated by Star Fleet, all of you who choose to do so. It is your personal choice and there will be no force.

Some of you have heard of Ashtar Command. This is a large command with the specialty of evacuating people from a planet in big trouble. This is always done in the case of impending pole reversal or impending nuclear catastrophe. Neither is going to occur in this situation. The poles are not going to reverse and star fleet for a few years now disables every single nuclear bomb that black ops tries to use, everywhere of the planet.

What you are looking at is a regional rather than a planetary evacuation. The government of the USA was approached strongly years ago, that this would be impending and they must begin preparations. All they did was dig nice little holes for themselves to survive the changes, caring not at all about the rest of us. Did you know both China and Russia can house their entire populations underground in case of catastrophic problems? They are the only countries that have done so, for the people. Many others have built facilities for the elite.

Ashtar Command came in the 1950’s after the planet was stabilized to prevent a pole reversal by other ships which came for that purpose after WW2. Those of you familiar with Revelations have read about the Holy City, the New Jerusalem coming down from heaven. Dear ones, that is the Ashtar Command, command ship!!!!! It was known way back then of this possibility, and the Roman church knows that. And we aren’t going to build a “new heaven and a new earth”, because a new heaven is NOT needed, the “old one” is just fine. We will build a heavenly condition upon this new earth.

The New Jerusalem is huge, so it doesn’t land. It has aboard it, in a massive computer system, the soul records of every single souled being on this planet, and it can find you from these records. It’s “commander” is Ashtar, a very old and experienced being. His large team is highly skilled in totally serving the needs of people that are evacuated, and although only the necessary of people along the pacific rim will be evacuated, this command is capable of evacuating every ensouled person on this planet in 15 minutes time, in the case of a nuclear holocaust. Nuclear detonation harms soul matrix.

Now, lets get to the details. Once the geophysicists of the command have determined this event is imminent, it will begin the evacuation of the LA area first. Imminent will mean about 2-3 days before it will occur. You will be evacuated via small shuttle craft up to around 200-300 feet in diameter. Only a few of these might actually land. They will hover over the areas to be evacuated about 20 – 100 feet in the air. We will hope to have media assistance in this, but it is highly unlikely. There will be great numbers of craft and obviously this will occur in the daytime.

Each craft will put down a beam of visible light, and you board the craft by stepping into the light. You will rise into the craft much more comfortably than an elevator ride. I know. I have done it. There will be ones in great fear of this because of the horrible alien stories on this planet. Assist them as you can, but dear ones, if they refuse, you must go ahead yourself. Evacuations are never complete for this reason. Some people will not board craft, even under better circumstances and preparation. It does no good to pick them against their will, and God doesn’t do that in these situations. These ones will die of their fear, and this just causes more fear.

You do not pack anything. You maybe allowed to take pets, and you will know on this. There is planned quite adequate time, unless something is unforeseen. After you are evacuated perhaps the media will agree to cover it for the others. We do not know if there will be cooperation. Star fleet has everything you need. After the shuttle craft picks you up, you will be taken to a large mother ship or evacuation craft. The largest of these crafts for evacuation purposes are 8000 MILES long and carry millions of people. One of these larger craft can handle all the people in the LA basin if necessary, as an example.

Once aboard your evacuation craft or mother ship, there are a great deal of highly trained “social workers” and medical personnel. Some of you will be ill from the experience of the light beam. Which brings me a memory of another issue. I have talked about ascension syndrome. Your bodies, in preparation for this, have been subjected to special energy beams, both through the sun, from mother ships and in concert with your guardian angels to prepare your bodies for this beam.

The illness, should you have it is quite temporary and much like a nasty case of the flu. And star fleet has so much better treatment for this than earth doctors. The ships have a higher energy vibration than the earth, but the earth’s energy has been raised to help prepare people for the additional coming changes. This preparation is the source of many of your symptoms and that includes ear tones, the occasional nausea and aches, pains and fatigue. Those people suffering extreme fear will be put in a special sleep state, until everything is under control, so they don’t generate chaos. Those of you with intact emotions will be asked to assist.

Again, do not pack, you need bring nothing. There is Not time for this. You will be completely provided for and dear ones, the food is going to be a lot better for your health. In a way, you will be spending time in a health spa!!!!! And the bathrooms are very fine, no flushing toilets and waste. Your waste is instantly “evaporated” after it leaves your body. After everything is calm and stable you will be united with any family members should you have became separated. Do not worry if you are working in a tall building, there are plans for evacuation of those.

This MAY not manifest this month, but it is going to manifest and it is highly likely it well in the next few weeks. Since many of you may not aware of my website, there is another plan in place. Jupiter is going to become our new second small sun, all part of the ascension process. This will be dramatic, and before it does, the earth is going to be put into a state called stasis, which is sort of like pausing the button on the DVD player.

There will be some movement of earths axis during this time and there will be significant destruction and too much for man to handle. We tried a preparation plan for that but again, the governments of the world only thought about themselves. It was hoped that LA would wait until this time of stasis and Jupiter, but Mother Earth seems to not be waiting. There is still some large scale details being worked out, and if Mother Earth is not going to wait, this will actually be a huge learning for the planet, and assist people to understand what happened when we come out of the stasis. The stasis period will last for months and it is not the purpose of this piece to detail that at this time. This piece is for you, on the Pacific Rim.

Now, after LA is evacuated, the process moves to the rest of the western coasts of North and South America that will be affected by tsunami. Dear ones, board the craft, because tsunami’s will be up to 1000 feet high, possibly even more. You are not going to survive this, except through this evacuation. Then the evacuation will continue on to the islands at risk in the Pacific Ocean and then on to the Asian rim, the areas covered based on the expected results of the wave action. You in LA must be evacuated before the ground begins to give way. It was already planned to evacuate you during stasis, and then sink LA so this would not rear it’s ugly head after the awakening of the planet, should the Jupiter event have not sunk it. This is a GIFT dear ones, please take of it.

Now there are many options once you are aboard. Many of you will be offered the opportunity to migrate to other planets with open willing arms to receive you. Some of you may return to the surface, after the stasis, not before, and could live with relatives, or occupy the underground areas. You will never return back home, as the destruction will be beyond repair, and LA will not rise back up from the sea. It may very well be possible to return back somewhat inland after the damage. But you will spend months on ship if you are to return to the planet. This must come after stasis is over, and the surface is ready for your return.

In the case of total planetary destruction, every one goes to other planets. Space travel is quite rapid. There are ships with capability to reach the closest star in Pleiades in 10 short minutes. Go back and review what you learned from the Star Trek films. Dear ones, in Nebadon our universe alone, there are 3.8 million planets with life evolving in various stages on them, and many are much older than planet earth and marvelous places to dwell. ]

Before I began my incarnations here in service 400 years ago, I spent time readjusting to planetary life, having lived on the architectural spheres of “heaven.” Urantia Book readers, you know what I mean by that!!!! I spent some time on a wonderful planet called Myrua, an 8th dimensional world and very advanced in light and life. This planet encircles the sun called Merope of the Seven Sisters, and during the stasis I will go back for a brief homecoming.

You have nothing to fear, and a great adventure ahead!!!!! In fact, once aboard, some of you are going to have some old soul memories come back, and will remember of this. All physical people travel the universe in star ships and so do most angels, dear ones. And you will meet angels aboard ship, these are master caretakers. They do not however have “wings”. The craft picking you up are Pleiadian craft and all will have human body type staff upon them. But note, this is Not the only body type in the universe!!!!

Only a few very advanced spirits can travel without a ship of some sort. There are some that can manufacture their own ship by mind alone if needed. There are folks in our skies who will manifest a ship, if you need to see a ship. But the vast majority travel by ship.

I ask that all of you circulate this, even at the risk of laughter or put downs. Please place this alert on other boards you may belong too. In doing so, you will hopefully increase the number of people who will choose to board the craft. Even if rejected now, when the time comes, they are going to remember seeing it.

Please go out on a clear night and find those “stars” with the pretty flashing strobe lights! They have been in our skies for more than 50 years but few have noticed them.

If Mother does not cause this outcome in the next few weeks, once the preparations are fully ready for the stasis and the Jupiter event, you will find yourself aboard ship anyway, as you would be evacuated during your “sleep state” of stasis. The final determination of all of this regards the timing ,rests with the decision of Christ Michael, Creator Son and thus God of Nebadon, who visited this planet 2000 years ago. Separation Consciousness and the I Am Self

Separation consciousness is an illusory state of consciousness. It is the prevalent state of everyone still living in the reality we call 3D or third dimensional. In this reality, time is experienced as linear, when, in fact, our existence is moving in the flow of one present moment to the next present moment. We see ourselves, in 3D, as alone in a Universe where we are dependent on others, whether in human form or an energetic or spiritual Deity.

This evidenced by many humans feeling they need another human to be complete, whether friend, romantic partner, co-worker, family member, teacher, preacher or leader. We feel less than whole, all the while desiring someone else fill us up, fix us or be responsible for us. A correlation to this is a mind set that has many humans believing they are victims, rather than embracing this life experience as the product of their Soul’s plan for them to learn or experience in this human form. Our Soul chooses to experience life in a human body because all the challenges and obstacles present opportunities for more rapid growth and understanding than available in Spirit form only.

As each of us moves to embrace all of our life experiences, feel joy and gratitude for them, and BE responsible for our own creation, we will also begin to experience our own love of self transmuting that which drew those less than desirable experiences to us. This will initiate us clearing our physical bodies so we may more easily experience our I Am Self or Soul as an intimate part of us, rather than.

Balance & Harmony

Most of us in the Ascension Process still have to interact heavily in the 3D environment daily. We seldom can create the time needed to maintain balance and harmony. No matter where we are on our path, we are here to experience life in a human body. This includes living with the drama of others, loss or death of loved ones, stress, traffic & commuting congestion, thoughts of the future, etc., but we do not need to let those take us out of balance and harmony.

The place of balance and harmony is something we self create. We need to accept that all of our life experiences are exactly what our Soul or I Am Self desires for our growth. We draw all of it to us. Learning how to acknowledge, accept and love ourselves for creating these experiences is the key. We will become aware, through our own intuitive knowing, our Soul’s Plan. Then we will more easily understand when we are out of integrity with our Self. When we embrace this ongoingly, we embrace where we are in each moment and the next true steps on our own path will open to us/US naturally.

There are simple tools of guided visualization, breath work and energy movement we can easily learn, that will enable us to bring ourselves quickly into a place of balance and harmony. The more frequently we use these tools the easier it is to find balance and harmony in our life no matter what others, around us, are creating.

The place of Balance and Harmony will be a natural state and we will be aware of our own selves as our own Source. In knowing our selves as our own Source we will begin to truly manifest with and from intent using our own Life Force.

Ascension & the Need to be Grounded

As humans we are always working to improve our connection to Source, to become more enlightened. Yet every time we let go and feel the full connection to Source, feel the ‘symptoms’ of that connection, our first thought is “I must ground myself so I don’t feel this way!”. We worry that we will not be safe or we will not be able to function properly while in this state.

The truth is, we are always grounded, in fact we are over-grounded most of our life in form, simply by Being a human body. The fear we have of letting go and connecting to Source fully is because it feels so different to us.

We are to let go and trust, releasing fear of the lack of grounding. Try thinking of grounding as nothing more than a consciousness of being in form, to serve in form, to learn, teach and grow in form, and to honor Mother Earth along the way. Never worrying that you are going ‘too far out there’, as thoughts like that only holds you back from full enlightenment and connection. You will never ‘go’ anywhere you are not supposed to go. You can’t leave your body or the connection of your body to Mother Earth this way. Nothing bad is happening when you no longer feel the heaviness and weight of your body. Only good can come of it. That place is where you will find your Answers, Truth, Oneness with ALL, and full connection to Source.

Own Your Own POWER!!!

We assert that most people don’t own their own power. Most of us have Belief Systems that give credit for our power, wisdom and self worth to another being whether human or Spirit. We make ourselves responsible to eternally give back to them, by taking care of them, by nurturing them, by doing things for them, when it probably no longer serves our Highest Good to do so. When we do that we do not own our own power.

Much of what we believe to be channeling with other beings, is really coming from our twin or higher self. We create ‘someone’ in order to give the message more credibility. Sometimes it’s Angels, Archangels, Gods, Goddesses, Fairies, Divas, Animal Spirits, Trees, Whales, Dolphins, Mother Earth, Ascended Masters, when in truth it is our higher self. Our limiting belief of where the information is coming from, making someone other than our Higher Self responsible, is blocking acceptance of us and our own power.

This takes us back to self love, self respect and in believing self to be All.

Only when you are clear of your own issues and have embraced your Self as your own true beloved, will you have the space to meet another in relationship and gracefully resolve differences? Normal relationships are formed karmically to trigger issues for you to heal and release within your own Self. So often we try to place the blame or make another person responsible when in fact it is all coming from us. All of the imperfections are our own.

This is another form of giving up our power. We blame others when things are going wrong in us and we give others the credit for the good things in us, never owning that it all resides in Self. This produces a lack of integrity within our Self. To come into our own power we must be willing to embrace all that we find within… as our OWN.

Entering New Earth

There is no time frame to entering the New Earth. It all depends on you clearing your self/Self and being able to fully embody all of your Life Force. By doing this you remember that the New Earth has always been here, always was, and always IS.

It is our limited beliefs and our unclear bodies that do not allow us to step into it as our reality at this time.

This is why we keep hearing, "It's almost time to enter the New Earth", or "We will be entering the New Earth soon" only to hear shortly thereafter that something has shifted and it's not here yet or not time yet. We create our own reality, which can be choosing to be in the New Earth or not. In truth, 'we' are the only obstacle in our own way.

Fear, unreleased issues, and attachment to limiting beliefs has everything to do with holding us back.

Paradise for each of us is within our Self. We need look no further than within to find it and make it our reality. If we are unable to make it our reality, we must take it as a signal there is still more clearing work to do with Self. There's nothing wrong with having more clearing work to do. It is a continuous process. We honor our true self when we accept and acknowledge this as a fact of living in form.

Truly returning to the essence and power of Self begins with constant clearing of attachment to others, to limiting beliefs and to issues that block our connection.

Detachment and release from these things removes burden, fear, responsibility, and the 3D illusions, which sets us FREE to live in paradise, NOW!

Healing Mother Earth

My partner and I connected with Mother Earth during a mutual Sacred Service meditation. Her message is that She plans to heal Herself from within, in concert with the humans who choose to heal themselves from within. As each person heals themselves from and with their own inner core Life Force so does the planet. That is how we heal her, by healing ourselves.

She could heal herself in a moment but that would probably be catastrophic for humanity, causing such events as earthquakes, tidal waves, and huge weather shifts. She could do this now but she is choosing instead to work with those of us who recognize that it all begins within our Selves as our own Source. Looking to starships or external forces to heal or repair Her, keeps alive the conversation of separation. Mother Earth is already One with Her Self and with All That Is, not just a single one Source.

There is no separation between one Source and the beginning or All That Is. None of us is separate from anything. The robins on the lawn, a whale off the coast of Alaska, or a planet near the Great Central Sun, we are all One. To experience that level of oneness within our bodies, each must start working within, so they can light their own path, to be their own healer, teacher, whatever.

All the labels and titles of old beliefs, spiritual structures, and religious systems contain the seeds of separation in human consciousness. To move beyond that one must release all attachments to all conscious and unconscious beliefs and thoughts that arise from separation consciousness.

We've realized that Mother Earth has chosen a new path of evolution, of co-existence with human consciousness, and we are invited to play in the paradise as her partners in Her Sacred Union with All That Is. It is the conscious evolution of people like us that makes this possible.

The access to this is quite simply releasing all attachments to everything that has ever given us our identity. We must be willing to surrender everything, even our will, to the God self or Source within US.

We must be here NOW, in each moment, ever present that everything from memory, the past, limits our ability to perceive that which is next and possible on our path. There is no destination other than the journey of awakening to All of Us.

Greetings, I am Mira:

I greet you today from the Pleiadian High Council. We are busy in our skies as well as yours. Much is happening. We are looking for ways to assist you with creating peace. The turmoil that is occurring on your planet is bringing great disturbances throughout space. There is such a battle between the Light and the dark. Please remember that there are more of you than there are of the dark ones and that you will find peace. What happens on the Earth affects us too. We are one.

f you were to weigh things on the Earth right now you would see they are out of balance. The Earth is trying to restore balance and will continue to do this through the earth changes. Some of these changes will bring a hasty settlement and resolution to the imbalances but they are all necessary. It is remarkable that the Earth is doing as well as she is considering the condition or her body. The lack of caring and respect for the Earth are creating far-reaching ramifications.

Still much of humanity remains asleep. There will be a greater awakening for them later this year with something with a rather large impact. Even the economic environment on the planet needs balance. We are still waiting for humanity to realize the false premises upon which they have been standing. Things are shaky on many levels.

You might say that your inner and outer environments are stressed. As you resolve one issue another seems to pop up. Do you know that your issues and energies affect the Earth? The Earth does not only have to respond to her own birthing pains but to yours as well. The more that you can do to create some internal peace the better all will fare.

There is a lot of confusion on the Earth right now. We observe many lost souls and too much suffering. We see another factor that is impacting you and this is procrastination. In our realms we have clarity and decisiveness and this makes our system a functional one. The issue of procrastination is one that is intrinsic to the Earth. We ask that you become aware of this within your life and see if you can progress away from it. This choice and new behavior will have a favorable impact in your own functioning.

We always enjoy communicating with the ground crew. We love you very much. Our commanders come back and report interesting stories about you. They appreciate it when you delight in knowing our presence and even more when you see us in the sky.

We enjoy your laughter and your yearning to come on board our ships. We like it when you want to know more about life in the Pleiades and on our ships.

Even during these unsettled times we are calm and with you. We need our ground crew to be the steady ones as anchors of the Light and instruments of peace. In due time our paths with unfold into closer interaction with you and the Earth. We are all making the necessary steps toward this direction.

You can consider us your stellar family playing roles that will allow our mutual mission to be accomplished. We are going for the same purpose—for the uplifitment of the Earth and life upon the Earth. We are your ascension advocates. We will help you rise to greater heights and higher levels of life.

The process in which you find yourselves currently is pre-ordained. It is the destiny of the Earth to rise in consciousness. Help is available from all levels to assure you that this is accomplished. Pay attention to everything that you see around you and what you feel. We give you insight and messages to help you along the way. If you are receptive and listen it is helpful to us.

Our group participation in the process is a necessity. That means that we will rely upon the ground crew more and more. As you awaken you will find new roles and ways of being in service coming to you. That is why we ask you to stand by.

During the times of transition you may be required to act quickly. We have said that the Earth is moving quickly so you might even have to step out of the way. Whatever you are required to do know that we appreciate you. You are pivotal to our overall mission for the Earth.

Beloved guardians of light, I have come to offer a message of hope, of love. I am Metatron.

Warrior souls, the time has arrived for great internal and external shifting into greater consciousness. You who claim the mystery of faith claim great deeds and blessings from on high. We walk with you, we honor your courageousness and we shine forth with you heralding the new age of one-love.

Never before in the history of this beloved planet has there been a time like so. Before now there have only been unmatched rivals to the very event that each of you are presently partaking in. This event is one of planetary measure for even those with relative unconsciousness shall take part in the new and rising sun.

What the company of heaven has in store for those who consciously follow the energy of truth is divine indeed, for they are those who set the example and paved the way to create the possibility for all. If ever there were a time to be a part of earth and humanity, that time is now.

As the new waves wash over the shores of your barren land many will be washed out to sea in attempt to reclaim the lives of yesterday. This is no longer a possibility though it may take many attempts at the old to realize this fully. Contrarily, we urge you now to take delight in the new energy that is available for each of you and to marvel in wonder of such possibility.

The change that many are already beginning to feel is the result of great solar activity, the waves of photonic energy that emit from the central sun are encoded with higher frequencies than ever and your cellular receptors are increasingly able to handle more and more of these waves. As you begin to engage more fully in the pure radiance of your being, you will unite with the solar essence within to become the gods and goddesses that you are destined to be.

Right now many of you have a foothold on the incoming surges but fail to realize the total power of the frequency of this new light. On behalf of the spiritual hierarchy, I wish to remind you of the incredible capability that this new energy holds for transformation. You are the master creators of your reality now. Create with intention and you shall be fulfilled.

As the new day dawns the rising sun shall reign over the new lands with greater integrity. Any lack of morale shall truly be seen in new light and all those with hidden agendas shall be exposed for greater truth. It is a time of remuneration and glory, and the spiritually fit shall step forth in new positions of leadership. Behold the day when the awakened-ones rule.

The transformational period is drawing to a close and those who will be fortifying their intentions with the solar energy of the new sun shall find that glory and prestige of honor will be laid upon them.

In this time of walking in between worlds there is still the continuing onslaught of confusion and inner-turmoil, restlessness with fatigue, purging and detoxification, revisiting of old wounds and with the surety that the old has no place in the Golden Age.

As you continue to embark upon the final stage of this journey home you will most likely be met with temptation to engage in the outworn. We alert you to stay fixed on the future that is assured and to remain steadfast in your pursuits, for a day of reckoning is truly at hand.

Those who choose to honor the call in their hearts shall be lifted unto new levels of creation. Those harboring callousness shall find that the way forward involves greater vision and expansion into the whole of humanity. The tides shift and absolution finds the faithful. This is the way of new energy, the way of co-creation.

As you lay down the parts of you that no longer serve yourself nor the whole, you will naturally be in a position to fill that void with greater light. Entering in the new involves releasing the old and those who are willing to live in the uncertainty of present moment creation will find the greatest rewards.

Uncertainty is freedom from the absolute and the absolute has no place here. Enter your new contracts in faith of uncertainty and you will be vastly rewarded.

The support of heaven is now on earth and can take you beyond the finite and into the vastness of your true capabilities as co-creators of divinity. The time is now, the gap between worlds is closing in and soon you will find that those whom you left behind suddenly reappear on your broadened landscape. No more is there time for second guessing your truest desires, for your truest desires are too soon to arrive.

A time of restoration and abundance is at the fore.

What appears before you shall truly represent the new you, the new humanity and the new earth that is destined for all to partake in. New commands have been decreed by the force of heaven and the light of action for a better way. Those commands are due to commence before you.

If we all meditate at the same time, anchor ourselves in the Earths Starry Core and beam ourselfs to the highest dimensions we can reach with the help of Ets, Archangels and Ascended Masters, we can have a significantly beneficial impact on the Energy Grid of Mother Earth and the Collective Human Consciousness. There are many ways to climb up to through the dimensions, I find the merkaba the most effective but if you simply connect to your I AM Presence (in your chest), ground yourself, invoke your guides, angels, et's of light and the ascended masters plane, then visualize a little version of you standing in your pineal galnd on a glowing lotus, connect a string from the top of your head your head all the way up to the Infinite source of All that Is and vizualize yourself on the lotus shooting up the string as high as you can and into the Great Galactic Sun, bathe in the Awesome Light for a few minutes and then bring it down with you all the way to the Earths core,, this will anchor a massive pillar of light,, vizualize it comming down and sinking deep into the earht,, shinny, pearly and radiant white. You can also speak to the dimensions themself and ask them to anchor into our planet and help heal and raise our frequencies,., they cannot help with out our asking (law of free will).. First Contact: Our crafts are stationed near your Earth (Upd. 01-02)

I am Ela from Arcturus, and I know that for many of you Dear Ones the future is uncertain, although you accept that First Contact will take place very soon. You hear about Ascension wondering whether it will apply to you, and perhaps it is not even clear in your mind that life is infinite. There is a lot to do once we arrive, and as you see us you are glimpsing Beings who have risen up and visit you from the higher dimensions. Much will need to be explained, and from the great civilizations that make up the Galactic Federation will come those who are to take the role of teachers.

We have long resided in the dimensions of Light, and as such do not necessarily need our body to travel around. However, it suits us to avail ourselves of different types of travel, and the most practical and fastest way is by the power of pure thought. However, when we come to you we will emerge from craft similar to those that you have seen for many years. These include the smaller scout crafts carried on the larger ships used for traveling in your Earth's atmosphere, and are they are often different in appearance.

There are many different designs of craft and you have noted that the discoid craft is most prevalent in your skies, and it is the perfect shape for traveling through space. The larger ones that traverse the Galaxy are what you call the Motherships, and it is an appropriate name. They carry enormous numbers of personnel and equipment, and are literally fitted out as cities in space. Everything conceivable is on board for extended journeys, and some craft are up to a hundred miles long and more. Although you see them near Earth, they are stationed well beyond your atmosphere, and sometimes in deep space.

Our Federation craft are not equipped for war as that is not on our agenda, but we must have the means to protect ourselves. More often than not their sensors detect other craft well before they come into view, and we prefer to take evasive action if we feel threatened. We far from know about every other civilization due to the vastness of space, and intelligent life forms exist everywhere and inter-galactic travel is possible. At our level the space around us is inviting, and life is one exciting experience after another. We can travel in our craft for extremely long periods that in your terms would be many years.

Time as you understand it is of no concern to us, as we live for hundreds of years if we choose to do so. There is no aging such as you experience, and this is a feature of life in the higher dimensions. When you have your new crystalline bodies with the advent of Ascension, you too will be the same. With it also comes a life free of disease, and it will truly be a heavenly existence. Already some of you have progressed sufficiently that you have moved into a higher vibration, and this provides for your immunity against most disease. Coupled with the power of thought that you are now beginning to understand, you can condition your body to self heal and protect you.

With our coming some of you will be invited to join us on our ships, and you will find it a joy to ride with us. Of necessity this will be for those souls who have already progressed in raising their vibrations, and have accepted our presence and relationship to you. A general introduction to members of the Galactic Federation and our craft will be conveyed worldwide through your television channels. Needless to say, much time will be spent explaining the plan we come to carry out on behalf of Man. It is your enlightenment that is most important, but in a way that overcomes any false beliefs and opens up your consciousness to your Godself. There will be those who will not open their minds to a new way of thinking, and they will continue to experience according to their choice.

First we must prepare the way for our coming, and those plans are well in place. There is not a present generation on Earth that has not seen our craft either firsthand, or learnt of other peopleâ€™s experiences. Careful study of your historical records will also reveal that in this cycle we have been ever present. The lack of adequate words has often hidden reports of our craft and contact with you. It is only in recent times that you have seen through the attempts to cover up information about us.

Because of the importance of your impending success in coming through this cycle and on to Ascension, you have been protected from uninvited visitors to your planet. Unless it has been with our authority, no one has been allowed to interfere with your progress. When you elected to experience duality, it was seen that you would lose your true identity in the darkness that hid your Light. These have been times when you were vulnerable to the lower vibrations, and many are still unaware that they have created their own reality around them. However, they are being slowly but surely shown that they have an immense potential and power to grow in consciousness, and with it comes truth and enlightenment.

We of the Galactic Federation are in the image of what you are to be as you step on the higher path. Our existence is far removed from yours, yet in a relatively short time you will experience an upliftment that will enable you to leave the lower dimensions behind. Ascension is always an option for everyone at the end of a cycle, but you have to work towards it and genuinely desire to leave duality behind. Some dear souls are still too attached to their present reality that they do not â€œdesireâ€ change, and they will be able to continue that experience elsewhere.

With the changes you are going through at present, the New Age seems far away but it comes closer each day. When the fog of darkness clears you will find the Light in all of its glory, and it will transmute all that has no place in the new vibrations. There are a multitude of great Beings that orchestrate the end-times and it is their energies that are lifting you up. From your Solar Sun the cleansing and uplifting energies continually bring about change, and for a time it would seem that you have chaos rather than order. However, many now pick up the intent of what is occurring, and have grasped the enormity of the changes that are your salvation. We extend our love to every soul on Earth, and wish you to know that we are ever by your side.

You are still experiencing time speeding up, and it will continue to do so as you move into a higher vibrational state. There is so much happening on Earth in every country, and as the shift occurs it is taking you out of duality. It is not an easy time to live through, but necessary if you are to finally put the old ways behind you. The old and the new cannot live side by side for long, and the changes must bring about the opportunities for a new Man to emerge. The Light is forever gathering strength and as it does so, the dark energies are becoming unable to maintain their control.

We look out over your world, and see so much dissension from the people who are calling for the old ways to be replaced. You have tired of what is often the brutal suppression of your rights, and the continual denial to be able live in absolute peace. Political parties are now being harassed by the people, who are insisting that their politicians comply with their oath to truly represent them and their needs. Corruption and power have gone hand in hand for a long time, and now it is being revealed for all to see. It is your call to awaken and remove such people from their seats of authority.

We know better than you that many dear souls are here at this time to lead you onto a new path. They have our help and we stand by ready to play our part, and have great confidence in you to take the initial actions. For the sake of the people who have little or no idea of the plan for the end-times, it is important that any moves that now take place are seen to be instigated by you. As we often inform you, we must present ourselves in a manner that makes it clear that we come at your request and have not imposed ourselves upon you. This is essential to our plan, as we need your immediate co-operation to be able to move very quickly and establish a new chain of command.

It is true that we already have a considerable number of allies that support us, but we need the general public to accept wholeheartedly the plan that we bring. The Galactic Federation is not some marauding group of ET’s that are looking for self-aggrandizement and power over you. We are a universal group that comprises of Star Nations that have turned to the Light, and look to help others who are also on that path. We have overseers who are highly evolved Beings that form the many councils that ensure the Plan of God works out. Duality was never meant to consume you or hold you fast without hope of release. It is an experience that you undertook on behalf of God, so that others would benefit from it.

Having lost your true identity in the darkness of duality, you are now waking up to your real self and we are here to ensure your continuing upward path into the Light. The dark fight to prevent your emergence once more, because as Light Beings they will lose their control over you. Already such numbers of you have risen up that you are carrying the Light to the dark, and it is too powerful for them to overcome. This year will see the last great battle for your souls, but as we affirm on many occasions, the victory is already yours. We stand at the ready to announce our coming, and we have fully prepared our method of doing so which will reach the ears of everyone on Earth. Our communications system is far advanced from yours, and all equipment capable of conveying our messages will be used.
Meanwhile we are marching time as we monitor Earth, to ensure that the dark forces are unable to provoke another incident that would escalate the war in the Middle East. We must stand by and watch the horrors and deprivation that is being released through the dark energies, that have built up over eons of time. It is a karmic situation that has brought those souls together who have largely been responsible, and it is their Karma to experience the negative energies that they have grounded in those areas. It is not in the way of a punishment, but all of you are responsible for your actions. You learn by understanding the Law of Cause and Effect, and ultimately are all the greater for it.

In turning to the Light you are often released from your Karma, and that is under the Law of Grace. Certainly, as you fully enter the path of Ascension you will no longer carry the old energies with you, as they cannot in any event exist in the higher vibrations of Light. Your consciousness will have lifted up, and you will have both feet in the higher dimensions. A busy and joyful time lies ahead, and we must tell you of our expectations that mean your year of 2008 is the one of great changes. We already acknowledge and celebrate your achievement in having overcome the likelihood of total planetary destruction, and this time you are going to complete a cycle without such a happening. Hitherto, you have been in two earlier cycles where the end of the civilizations has occurred in mass death and the sinking of your lands.

Your ancient history is known to some of you, but the large majority have no idea that you have lived through similar cycles of duality. The difference now is that duality is ending for you, and allowing your upliftment should you turn to the Light. Otherwise you can choose to enter another cycle that allows for your continued experiences in duality. No soul has been denied the choice of deciding which path to take, and over many lives you have been presented with the opportunity to lift out of the dark. Be assured that no matter how far you drop into the lower dimension, there is always help to climb back up.

I am Diane from Sirius, and today take the role of teacher as it is most important that you understand that you are Beings of Light. Furthermore, that your soul is indestructible and that you have infinite life, and you will always carry the Divine Spark of Light. Be that which you are, a Divine Being of Love.

First Contact: Our methods of communication will reach all over the world (upd.25-01)

Dear Ones you are moving onto your new path faster than ever, and with the opportunity of bringing the truth into the open it will become even quicker. Many souls are awakening but uncertain of what their purpose is in life. They know that something has gone disastrously wrong, and see that Man is heading down the slippery slope of darkness. However, the Light is permeating all layers of energy and lifting you up into it. The Truth lies within every soul, but over eons of time has been lost within the lower vibrations that have been the dominant force.

As you awaken it is important to allow your intuitive powers to guide you, as at this time there are many variations as to the nature of the end-times. Think of change as your upliftment, and do not be too concerned as to the way in which it is to be achieved. All will be crystal clear within a comparatively short time, and those who rise up to become your teachers will be seen as the Wayshowers. All is planned and ready to advance you at a much quicker pace. Our methods of communication will reach all over the world, and no one shall be without the opportunity to grow in their understanding.

There is no forcing of the truth upon anyone, and it will be laid before you all to make the final choice. If you are ready to ascend, then you will resonate with it and find absolutely no difficulty in raising your consciousness. All knowledge lies within and it will rise to the surface without too much prompting. Those who deny the existence of God, are carrying problems with them for cleansing. Often it is through experiences that have left them feeling that God has let them down. That can occur when they have experienced situations that they have brought upon themselves. Remember that you are gifted with freewill, and it is you who are responsible for your actions.

For too long you have been brought up to believe in punishment for your “sins” when the only judge is you. Life is an ongoing experience, and it is you who decide how and when you clear your Karma. No one else can do it for you, although it is true to say that some souls will help you by being part of your experience out of their love for you. God is All Love, and non-judgemental and allows you total freedom to experience as you wish. How else would you grow, and continue to walk the path of Light.

The temptations of the dark side are constantly around you, and whilst you may indulge in them you must accept the consequences. The darkest soul will still retain the God spark of Light within. They are not damned and imprisoned in their darkness forever, and given every help by loving souls once they desire to lift back up into the Light. All of you have experienced the darkest nights of your soul through hundreds of lifetimes, yet many of you have now advanced along the path to Ascension. However, do not put yourself above others, as you all have the same potential to rise up at your chosen time.

Learning of the beauty and splendour of the Lighted Realms will give you great encouragement to direct your thoughts and energies in that direction. You cannot yet truly grasp what lies ahead, except that it fulfils everyone’s idea of Heaven. To be in utter peace and experience the happiness and oneness of the higher dimensions is your destiny. There is perfection in all creation and it would seem to you that life has reached its ultimate level of achievement. However, it is but the start of your sojourn into the many mansions of creation that comprise the Cosmos that awaits you. It is the beginning of your experiences of life in all of its different expressions, and you will come to realise the magnitude and enormity of the Creator’s power.

We of the Galactic Federation have travelled far and wide, and if desired can do so by thought which is instantaneous. Yet we have never found an end to creation, as it is continually re-creating and growing. At the heart of everything is the life force of the Creator in the multi Universes that stretch into Infinity, and contain all different forms of life. You will never tire of your adventures and the sharing of your knowledge about them.

First things first, as now you must apply yourself to lifting up into the Light and prepare for Ascension. You can stand aside from the daily attack on your senses from the dark forces. Their time is up and although their energy has not yet been spent, it is weakening and becoming disjointed and they cannot hold onto control for much longer. Wherever they turn they are confronted by the Light that is revealing their true intentions. In these closing times of the cycle of duality, you are seeing and experiencing the depths to which Mankind has allowed itself to drop. Thereby you learn many final lessons as you participate in the end-times.

Society is breaking down as it sheds its attachment to the dark energies, but see it as simply the cleansing that must take place. Soon a new way of living will emerge that will again reflect the freedom granted to you under the original Constitution. Materialism will no longer hold sway, and people will come together in Oneness that will be the expression of true love, the Unconditional Love of God and the Creator.

Our appearances in your skies are becoming bolder, and we are increasing the number of times we come to you in the daylight. We are emphasising our presence, and establishing an understanding of it that leaves you in no doubt of our peaceful intentions. We wish you to greet us as your friends, and understand that we come in peace as representatives of the Star Nations. We shall have the truth as our banner, and your history and beliefs will be seen in the light of it.

I am Ag-agria from Sirius and we watch your progress as you move towards your release from the darkness that shrouds your world. We see the Light growing in intensity, and know that the victory you seek is near to manifesting. The next few months will be quite exhilarating if you see what is behind them, and what will result from the changes. The turning point is near and you can take much credit for your part in bringing it about. Spread the word, and spread the Light of Love that has the power to work miracles.
